Justin Terrell is a 6'3", 310-pound nose tackle from Rome, Georgia, who transferred to Sam Houston from NC State. At Rome High School, he totaled 70 tackles, five sacks, and eight tackles for loss while earning Region 6-A first-team honors. He joined NC State in May 2024 and appeared in four games that season, recording defensive snaps against Stanford (5), Georgia Tech (6), UNC (4), and ECU (9). Terrell redshirted during the 2025 campaign and now competes for the Bearkats as a redshirt sophomore.
