Elijah Collins is a 6'4", 310-pound right guard from Fort Myers, Florida, who transferred to Sam Houston from Western Carolina. Collins appeared in nine games for the Catamounts in 2025, earning five starts, including four consecutive contests to close the season beginning with a victory over Furman on October 11. He made his WCU debut on September 20 against Samford. The Western Carolina offense compiled 5,920 total yards in 2025, a school record, while accumulating 4,268 passing yards and 1,652 rushing yards. Collins is a junior transfer who previously played as a true freshman at West Virginia Wesleyan in 2024.
