Grant Meadors is a placekicker from Bakersfield, California, who transferred to Sacramento State after two seasons at Oregon. At Liberty HS, he earned the 2023 FFX Special Teams Player of the Year award after converting 52-of-54 extra points and was ranked the ninth-overall kicker nationally by recruiting services. During his redshirt year at Oregon in 2023, he appeared in five games and kicked off eight times for 502 yards with four touchbacks while going 5-for-5 on extra points.
