Austin Chambers is a defensive end standing 6'2" and weighing 270 pounds who transferred to Sacramento State from Iowa Central CC. A 2024 graduate of Madison Academy in Madison, Alabama, Chambers recorded 37 tackles and 11 tackles for loss as a senior while earning all-region honors and helping his team reach the state Class 3A title game. He redshirted at Auburn in 2024 before spending the 2025 season at Iowa Central, where he appeared in 11 games and totaled 21 tackles with three for loss. Chambers also competed in track and field, winning a state championship as a senior.
