Tyler Needham is a right tackle from Newtown, PA, who attended William Penn Charter. The 6'4", 300-pound redshirt senior majors in Supply Chain Management and was a three-star recruit in the 2021 class. Needham appeared in one game during his 2021 freshman season before playing in six games as a sophomore in 2022. He started two games at right tackle in 2023 and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in both 2022 and 2023. In 2024, Needham started 10 of 11 games played, primarily at right tackle, and was named to the Academic All-Big Ten list for the third time while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. During the 2025 season, he saw action in all 12 games with 10 starts, including nine contests at left tackle and one at right tackle.
