Everett Small is a right tackle from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, who attended Football North Prep before playing two seasons at Eastern Michigan. Over 2024-25, he appeared in 15 games with 12 starts, featuring at left tackle, right tackle, and center. In 2025, Small started all 12 contests, primarily at left tackle, and earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District and Academic All-MAC honors. He blocked for a 1,000-yard running back on a unit that ranked seventh nationally in sacks allowed per game (0.92) and eighth nationally in tackles-for-loss allowed per game (3.75). Small now transfers to Rutgers as a redshirt sophomore.
