Dyzier Carter is a 5'11", 180-pound wide receiver from Louisa, Virginia, who attends Rutgers as a true freshman. At Louisa County High School, Carter caught 19 passes for 509 yards and seven touchdowns during his senior season while also recording 220 rushing yards and one score. As a junior, he produced 28 receptions for 736 yards and nine touchdowns receiving plus five rushing scores, earning Under Armour All-American honors. Carter was named First Team All-Jefferson District on offense as a senior and rated a four-star recruit and top 300 national prospect.
