DK Gilley is a 6'2", 205-pound defensive back from Jacksonville, Florida, who attended University Christian under coach David Penland III. As a senior in 2023, he recorded 61 tackles, 18 tackles-for-loss, and 10 sacks while helping the Christians to five wins and a FHSAA 1M playoff appearance. Gilley made his collegiate debut on special teams for Rutgers in a win over Minnesota on November 9, 2024, and appeared in five games as a freshman that season, including the Rate Bowl versus Kansas State on December 26.
