Devonte Anderson is a 6'1", 195-pound defensive back from Orlando, FL who attended West Orange High School under coach Geno Thompson. Anderson played both defensive back and wide receiver during his prep career. As a senior in 2025, he recorded 40 tackles, 17 passes defended, and seven interceptions on defense while adding 437 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns on offense. His junior season included 38 tackles, 10 pass breakups, and three interceptions. West Orange reached the FHSAA Region 2 semifinal that year. Anderson signed with Rutgers as a true freshman in the 2026 class.
