Quinton Jackson is a running back for Rice who stands 5'7" and weighs 175 pounds. The Fort Worth native arrived as a three-star recruit in the 2022 class and made his debut in the Lending Tree Bowl, averaging 13.8 yards on five touches. In 2025, Jackson led the Owls with 889 rushing yards and 1,225 all-purpose yards while ranking seventh in AAC rushing. He rushed for over 100 yards three times, including a season-high 168 yards against UConn, and scored six rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown. Jackson also led Rice in kickoff returns with 262 yards on 13 attempts, averaging 20.2 yards per return. He completed all three passing attempts for 8 yards and caught four passes for 74 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown reception.
