DeReyon Jenkins Jr. is a 6'4", 224-pound rusher from Slidell, Louisiana who attended Pope John Paul II High School. As a senior, he recorded 7.5 sacks and 72 tackles, earning All-District 9-2A, All-Parish, and All-State honors. Over his high school career, Jenkins accumulated 209 tackles, 41 tackles for loss, 19 sacks, and five fumble recoveries while scoring one defensive touchdown.
