Ryan Browne, a 6'4" quarterback from Clarkston, MI, joined Purdue as a three-star recruit in 2023. He appeared in one game as a freshman against Northwestern, completing 12 of 16 passes for 104 yards. In 2024, Browne earned two starts as a redshirt-freshman, posting 532 passing yards with four touchdowns across eight appearances. As a sophomore in 2025, he started all 12 games, completing 199 of 338 passes (58.9%) for 2,153 yards and nine touchdowns while adding 66 rushing attempts for 206 yards and four scores.
