Rodney Lora is a 6'3", 310-pound defensive tackle from North Arlington, New Jersey, who transferred to Purdue as a junior in 2025. Originally a three-star recruit ranked No. 39 nationally at his position, Lora played high school football at Woodberry Forest and earned VISAA Division I First Team All-State honors. He began his college career at UNC, appearing in one game as a true freshman in 2023 before redshirting. As a redshirt freshman in 2024, Lora appeared in five games with one start and recorded two tackles. In 2025 as a sophomore at UCF, he appeared in 12 games, totaling 22 tackles, 3.5 tackles-for-loss, one sack, and one fumble recovery.
