Jacobo Echeverria Lozano is a true freshman placekicker for the Purdue Boilermakers from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, he attended Upper Saint Clair High School, where he was ranked the No. 10 kicker nationally by Kohl's Kicking Camps. As a senior, Echeverria Lozano made 17 of 18 field goals and 54 of 56 extra points while averaging 46.7 yards per punt on 22 attempts. He earned all-state honors and all-conference honors twice during his high school career.
