Asaad Waseem is a 5'11", 175-pound wide receiver from Apopka, Florida, who began his college career at Colorado in 2023, appearing in two games as a freshman before redshirting. He transferred to Florida Atlantic, where as a sophomore in 2025 he played in 12 games and recorded 66 receptions for 699 yards and five touchdowns, including a season-high 12 catches for 109 yards against UConn. Waseem now joins Purdue as a transfer from FAU.
