Tony Kinsler is a wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Panthers who enrolled at the university in January 2025 following early graduation from Spruce Creek High School in Daytona Beach, Florida. At Spruce Creek, Kinsler recorded back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons, posting 1,050 yards and 12 touchdowns on 64 receptions as a junior and 1,005 yards and 16 touchdowns on 66 receptions as a senior. In his 2025 freshman season, Kinsler appeared in 12 of 13 games primarily on special teams, recording one reception for four yards against Boston College.
