Vaboue Toure is a safety from Pleasantville, New Jersey, who attended Irvington High School under head coach Smoke Pierre. A three-year letterman and team captain in 2023, Toure recorded 90 tackles and eight rushing touchdowns as a senior, along with 89 tackles, four interceptions, and two fumble recoveries returned for touchdowns as a junior. He chose Penn State over Kentucky, Ohio State, and Rutgers. As a redshirt sophomore in 2025, Toure appeared in games with 13 total tackles, one sack, and one tackle for loss.
