Ryan Barker is a placekicker for Penn State who currently ranks first all-time at the university in field goal percentage at 89.2 and 14th in field goals made with 33. During the 2025 season, Barker started all 13 games and set a single-season record with a 94.7 field goal percentage, converting 18 of 19 attempts with a long of 49 yards while making 44 of 45 extra points. He earned All-Big Ten honorable mention recognition and tied for the nation's lead in field goal percentage. In 2024 as a redshirt freshman, Barker appeared in 14 games and went 15-for-18 on field goals with a career-long 49 yards, also converting 48 of 49 extra points. He made a game-winning 36-yard field goal in overtime against USC and earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors along with All-Big Ten honorable mention status.
