Matthew Parker is a placekicker for Penn State from York, Pennsylvania, where he attended Central York High School. As a four-year letterman, Parker earned first-team All-State honors in 6A as both a junior and senior, along with first-team All-Pennsylvania accolades as a senior. During his senior season, he converted 46 extra-point attempts and made 12 of 15 field goal tries, with a long of 57 yards. Parker appeared in one game during the 2025 redshirt freshman campaign, successfully converting an extra-point attempt against Nevada on August 30.
