Garrett Sexton is a right tackle for Penn State who hails from Hartland, Wisconsin. At Arrowhead Union High School, he earned first-team all-state, all-region, and all-conference honors as a senior, leading the Warhawks to a 7-4 record that year. He was a three-year letterman and team captain. Sexton redshirted during his true freshman season in 2024, earning Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Week recognition four times.
