Garrett Sexton is a right tackle for Penn State who hails from Hartland, Wisconsin. At Arrowhead Union High School, he earned first-team all-state, all-region, and all-conference honors as a senior, leading the Warhawks to a 7-4 record that year. He was a three-year letterman and team captain. Sexton redshirted during his true freshman season in 2024, earning Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Week recognition four times. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games as a redshirt freshman and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.
