De'Andre Cook is a 6'4", 298-pound defensive lineman from Washington, D.C., who attended Friendship Collegiate Academy under head coach Michael Hunter. A consensus three-star prospect, Cook served as a two-year team captain and earned team MVP honors in 2023. As a senior, he posted 11 tackles for loss and 10 sacks while leading the Knights to an 11-2 record and state championship. In his junior year, he registered 20 tackles and nine sacks en route to a state championship. Cook redshirted during his true freshman season in 2024, appearing in one game and earning Developmental Squad Defensive Player of the Week recognition following the Purdue contest.
