Teitum Tuioti is a 6'3", 263-pound jack linebacker from Laie, Hawaii, who attended Sheldon High School in Oregon. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Tuioti joined Oregon and appeared in 13 games as a true freshman, recording 30 total tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, and 2.0 sacks. As a sophomore in 2024, he started all 14 games and finished fourth on the team with 58 total tackles while adding 7.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks. In 2025, Tuioti had a breakout junior season, starting all 15 games and leading Oregon with 16.0 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks while recording 68 total tackles, 33 solo. He earned All-Big Ten third-team honors and helped the Ducks reach the College Football Playoff Semifinal. Tuioti also caught one reception for 11 yards during the season.
