Peyton Woodyard is a 6'2", 208-pound free safety for Oregon who transferred from Alabama. A unanimous four-star recruit from St. John Bosco High School in Fullerton, California, he enrolled at Alabama in January 2024 before committing to the Ducks in May. As a true freshman in 2024, Woodyard appeared in all 14 games and recorded nine total tackles across 144 defensive snaps. In 2025, his sophomore season, he played in all 15 games as Oregon reached the College Football Playoff Semifinal. Woodyard totaled 22 tackles, including nine solo, along with one interception he returned 30 yards for a touchdown and 0.5 tackles for loss. He earned a 72.4 overall grade from Pro Football Focus while playing 172 snaps.
