Messiah Hampton is a true freshman wide receiver from Rochester, NY, who attended James Monroe High School. A consensus four-star recruit ranked 133rd overall in the 2026 class, Hampton was the top prospect in New York and earned first-team all-state honors as a junior. In his senior season, he caught 62 passes for 1,224 yards with 13 touchdowns while also recording 289 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. On defense, Hampton posted 82 total tackles, including 40 solo, and two interceptions. He helped James Monroe to a 12-0 record and the school's first state title in the New York State Class B Championship.
