In his 2025 freshman season, Moore played in 11 games with seven starts, recording 34 receptions for 497 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing four times for 49 yards and a touchdown. His 497 receiving yards ranked fifth in Oregon freshman history. Moore caught passes in all 11 games played and had 10 multi-catch performances.
