The four-star recruit joined Oregon as a true freshman in 2023, appearing in eight games. As a sophomore in 2024, Washington played in all 14 games and recorded 10 total tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss. In his junior year (2025), he started all 15 games as the Ducks reached the College Football Playoff Semifinal, accumulating 15 solo tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks while earning All-Big Ten third-team honors.
