Josiah Timoteo is a 6'5", 322-pound right tackle from Waianae, Hawai'i, who transferred to Oregon State as a redshirt junior. At Waianae High School, he earned three stars from recruiting services and was ranked the No. 15 overall prospect in the state of Hawai'i. He accepted an invitation to the 2023 Polynesian Bowl and received a nomination for the 2022 Cover2 Hawai'i Lineman of the Year award. Timoteo played in four games during his 2023 redshirt season at Nevada before appearing in 15 games over two seasons with the Wolf Pack, posting seven starts in 2024. In 2025, he played in nine games with six starts, recording 356 offensive snaps.
