Jessaia Moala is a linebacker for the Oregon State Beavers standing 5'11" and weighing 240 pounds. The Syracuse, Utah native from Layton Christian earned Deseret News 1A Player of the Year honors in 2022 after helping his program capture its first state championship. As a senior, he rushed for 1,638 yards and 18 touchdowns on 188 carries while recording 26 tackles and two sacks for 11 yards. In his junior year, he accumulated 1,919 rushing yards with 24 touchdowns and 52 tackles. Moala played in eight games during his redshirt freshman season in 2024 and appeared in one contest as a true freshman in 2023 against Georgia Southern, where he recovered a fumble. He returns for his junior year in 2026.
