Cameron Smith is a placekicker for Oregon State who transferred from American River College. At the junior college level, he earned First-Team All-Conference honors as a freshman, converting 7 of 10 field goal attempts with a long of 47 yards against Santa Rosa. He also made a 44-yard field goal against Fresno and was 3-for-3 in the victory over Santa Rosa. Smith was a four-year starter at Del Oro High School, where he recorded 39 touchbacks as a senior. In 2025, he appeared in one game against Houston, making his only extra-point attempt while missing his lone field goal try.
