Victor Lincoln Jr. is a cornerback from Lancaster, Texas, where he attended Duncanville High School. A unanimous three-star prospect, Lincoln was ranked as Rivals' No. 65 cornerback nationally. During his senior season in 2025, he recorded 24 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 10 passes defended, one interception, and one forced fumble. As a junior, he totaled 30 tackles and 16 pass breakups. Lincoln also competed in track, running the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes individually and participating in relay events. He selected Ole Miss over Oklahoma State, Arkansas, and Kansas State.
