Ja'Michael Jones is a true freshman running back from Montgomery, Alabama, where he attended Pike Road High School. A consensus three-star recruit, Jones was ranked as the No. 39 running back prospect nationally by recruiting services and placed among Alabama's top-35 recruits by multiple services, reaching as high as No. 25 by recruiting services. During his senior season, he recorded 136 carries for 773 yards and six touchdowns. Over his high school career, Jones accumulated over 4,000 yards and 53 touchdowns.
