Koa Naotala is a linebacker for Old Dominion standing 5'11" and weighing 222 pounds. The Newport News, Virginia native redshirted in 2022 before appearing in all 13 games in 2023, recording 29 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss with a career-high 14 tackles against WKU. In 2024, Naotala earned Second-Team All-Sun Belt Conference honors after leading the Monarchs with 88 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks. He finished 10th in the conference in tackles and logged four double-digit tackle performances. Limited to one game in 2025 due to injury, he started against Virginia Tech.
