Jivan Baly is a cornerback from Norcross, Georgia, who played two-way football at Meadowcreek High School under coach Todd Wofford. In five games before suffering an injury, he recorded 36 tackles and two interceptions on defense while catching 12 passes for 79 yards and a touchdown. A three-time first-team Region 7-A selection, Baly also competed in basketball and track, where he earned county and region championships in the 4x400 and 4x200 relays. He redshirted during his 2024 season at NC State, appearing in two games on special teams. In 2025, Baly played in nine games and tallied nine tackles, including a career-high seven in the victory over Campbell. He is a redshirt sophomore majoring in sport management and has transferred to Old Dominion.
