Ian Brandt is a 6'2", 194-pound punter from State College, PA, who attended State College Area High School. A redshirted junior for Old Dominion, Brandt redshirted in 2023 before appearing in four regular season games and the Famous Toastery Bowl that year, recording 22 punts for a 38.9-yard average with a career-long 64 yards against WKU. In 2024, he appeared in all 12 games as holder on extra points and field goals while punting seven times for a 35.0-yard average in the Georgia State victory. During the 2025 season, Brandt appeared in all 13 games and punted 47 times for 1,926 yards at a 41.0-yard average, placing 18 punts inside the 20-yard line and recording nine punts of 50+ yards.
