Jake Maikkula is a center for the Oklahoma Sooners who transferred in June 2025 after graduating from Stanford with a degree in political science. At Stanford in 2024, he played in all 12 games with 11 starts at guard and center, earning All-ACC Academic Football Team honors and ranking as the team's highest-graded pass-blocking offensive lineman according to analytics services. In his 2025 debut season at Oklahoma, Maikkula appeared in 11 games with 10 starts at center, playing 710 snaps and allowing just two sacks on 408 pass-blocking snaps before missing the final two contests due to health reasons.
