Jacob Ulrich is a punter from Dacula, Georgia, who transferred to Oklahoma from Kennesaw State. At Kennesaw State in 2024, he was named first-team All-C-USA after punting 75 times for 3,407 yards with a 45.4-yard average, including 27 punts downed inside the 20-yard line and 23 punts of 50-plus yards. In his first season with the Sooners in 2025, Ulrich appeared in all 13 games and served as holder on all placekicks. He punted twice in the season opener against Illinois State, averaging 47.5 yards with a long of 54 yards and one punt downed inside the 20.
