Courtland Guillory is a cornerback for the Oklahoma Sooners from Klein Oak High School in Houston, Texas. A four-star recruit in the 2025 class, Guillory enrolled at Oklahoma in January 2025. During his true freshman season in 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with 11 starts, recording 41 total tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, seven pass breakups, and one quarterback hurry. He started the season opener against Illinois State on August 30 and made notable contributions in victories over Tennessee and Alabama, including five solo tackles in the latter. Guillory was named an SEC All-Freshman Team selection and a True Freshman All-American by recruiting services.
