Sam Keltner is a placekicker from Keller, Texas who transferred to Oklahoma State from SMU via the transfer portal. During his freshman season at SMU in 2025, Keltner appeared in all 13 games and led the team with 78 points. He converted 36 of 38 PAT attempts and made 14 field goals on 20 attempts, including six from beyond 40 yards. He also handled 76 kickoffs for 4,744 yards. At Clemson, he made three field goals with a long of 51 yards and earned ACC Specialist of the Week and Lou Groza Star of the Week honors. Keltner redshirted during his 2024 campaign at SMU.
