Mo Horn, a cornerback from Tulsa, Oklahoma, attended Broken Arrow High School before signing with Texas Tech. After redshirting in 2022, Horn appeared in 10 games as a redshirt freshman in 2023, recording four tackles and 116 defensive snaps. As a sophomore in 2024, he became a regular starter alongside safety C.J. Baskerville, appearing in all 13 games. That season he totaled 56 tackles with 31 solo stops, 3.0 tackles for loss, and five pass breakups while logging 806 defensive snaps. In 2025, his junior year, Horn played in seven games including the season-opener against UAPB, finishing with four tackles and three pass breakups. He transferred to Oklahoma State in spring 2026.
