Desmond Magiya is a 6'4", 333-pound left guard from McKinney, Texas, who joined Oklahoma State as a transfer in 2026. At McKinney High School, he earned first-team all-district honors and was an honorable mention all-state selection while helping his senior team reach the regional semifinals with an 8-5 record. Magiya attended North Texas, where he redshirted in 2023 and made his career debut against Tulsa. In 2024, he appeared in eight games primarily on special teams for an offense that finished third nationally in total yards. During his 2025 sophomore season, he played in 13 games with three starts, logging 251 snaps at left tackle and 116 at left guard while also contributing 55 snaps on the placekick protection unit for the nation's top-scoring offense.
