Carl'veon Young is a 6'4", 240-pound linebacker from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who played at Carl Albert High School. A four-star recruit in the 2025 class ranked No. 219 overall and No. 21 at his position nationally, Young recorded over 60 tackles as a senior along with multiple tackles for loss. He compiled more than 250 tackles across his high school career with seven interceptions. Young redshirted in 2025, appearing in four games late in the season and recording one tackle at UCF. He was named Oklahoma State's defense practice player of the week against Baylor.
