Michael Molnar is a linebacker for the Ohio Bobcats standing 6'3" and weighing 227 pounds. A native of Mason, Ohio, he played four years of high school football and earned All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference honors. After redshirting in 2022, Molnar played in 13 games during his 2023 season with nine tackles. He appeared in two games in 2024 before emerging in 2025, when he started eight of eight games played. That season, he recorded 73 total tackles, 25 solo stops, 5.5 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks. He earned MAC Defensive Player of the Week recognition on September 8 following his first career sack against West Virginia on September 6.
