Brandon Jenkins is a safety for the Ohio Bobcats. The Chicago native attended John Hersey High School, where he earned three varsity letters across four years. As a defensive player, Jenkins recorded 68 total tackles with 36 tackles for loss and nine interceptions. Offensively, he accumulated 3,044 rushing yards and 562 receiving yards. Jenkins was a three-time team captain and two-time All-State honoree who led John Hersey to the state championship quarterfinals in 2025, the program's first appearance since 1987. He holds the school's career rushing record and the second all-time single-game rushing record. Jenkins also earned three varsity letters in track.
