Terry Moore is a safety from Washington, North Carolina who transferred to Ohio State after graduating from Duke in May 2025. At Duke, Moore appeared in 13 games with 13 starts as a junior in 2024, accumulating 71 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, four interceptions, two caused fumbles and six pass breakups. He earned Second Team All-America honors from Action Network and Second Team All-ACC recognition. analytics services assigned him a 90.1 defense grade and 89.2 coverage grade among safeties nationally. Moore was a three-star recruit in the 2022 class. He missed his entire 2025 senior season due to injury and redshirted.
