Phillip Bell is a 6'1", 200-pound wide receiver for Ohio State, currently in his redshirt freshman year. A four-star recruit and consensus top-150 prospect out of high school, Bell attended Christian Brothers in Sacramento, California for his first two seasons before transferring to Mission Viejo, California. As a junior, he caught 56 passes for 644 yards and seven touchdowns, helping his team to a CIF Division 1-AA title and Southern Section Division 2 championship. He was selected to the Navy All-American Bowl. In 2025, Bell appeared in four games as a true freshman, recording 22 total snaps on offense and special teams, and posted one tackle on defense.
