Mason Williams is a 6'4", 247-pound tight end for the Ohio State Buckeyes who transferred in as a redshirt junior. Originally from Mogadore, Ohio, Williams played three seasons at the University of Ohio before joining Ohio State. As a junior in 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with six starts, accumulating 26 receptions for 276 yards and three touchdowns, plus two rushes for 23 yards across 695 snaps. He earned All-MAC Third Team and Phil Steele All-MAC Postseason Third Team honors. His best performance came against Bowling Green, when he caught a career-high eight receptions for 93 yards.
