Carter Lowe is a right tackle for the Ohio State Buckeyes who enrolled in January and participated in spring drills prior to the 2025 season. As a true freshman, he appeared in two games, logging 16 snaps against Grambling on September 6 and three snaps at Purdue on November 8, for a total of 19 snaps on the offensive line and special teams. At Whitmer High School in Toledo, Ohio, he was rated a four-star prospect and ranked No. 34 nationally by recruiting services. He also helped lead his football team to a 9-3 record as a senior and to the second round of the state playoffs, with the offense averaging 36.5 points per game.
