Mark Zackery IV, a 5'10" cornerback from Indianapolis, arrived at Notre Dame as a four-star recruit ranked 181st nationally in the 2025 class. During his freshman season in 2025, he appeared in 11 games with three starts, recording 10 total tackles—seven solo and three assisted—along with 0.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups. He made his collegiate debut against Miami on August 31 and earned his first career start at cornerback against Purdue on September 20. Zackery has returned to the Irish for the 2026 season.
