Luke Talich is a safety from Cody, Wyoming, who was a three-star recruit and three-time all-state performer. He made his collegiate debut as a freshman in 2023, appearing in eight games before injury limited his availability. As a sophomore in 2024, Talich played in all 16 games and collected 20 tackles while recording his first interception and touchdown, a 79-yard pick six against Florida State. In 2025, his junior year, he appeared in all 12 games, tallying 25 tackles with three interceptions and three pass breakups. Talich had notable special teams contributions, including an 84-yard touchdown reception on a fake punt at Stanford and a 22-yard punt return for a touchdown against Syracuse.
