Jayden Sanders is a cornerback for Notre Dame who transferred from Michigan. The 6'0", 195-pound sophomore from Kilgore, Texas was a four-star recruit in the 2025 class. As a freshman in 2025, Sanders appeared in all 13 games with two starts, accumulating 23 tackles (16 solo) and one pass breakup. His best performance came against Nebraska with eight tackles and a pass breakup. In high school, Sanders earned two-time first-team All-District honors at defensive back and first-team All-District as a kick returner, finishing his senior year with 27 tackles, 15 pass breakups, and three interceptions on defense, plus 46 receptions for 750 yards and seven touchdowns on offense.
